Absolutely! Before you do though, make sure that you check the Speed Download 5 preferences, under File Sharing, to make sure that everything is set up ok. For security purposes, Guest upload and download is OFF by default.
1) Simply go into your Received Files folder, located inside the default Speed download 4 download folder (by default, this is created in ~/Documents/Speed Download 5). You can put any file you would like to share inside this folder. Likewise, you can also remove any file you don't want to share from this folder.
2) Right click (control-click) on Received files in Speed Download 5, and select 'Refresh listing'. You will see an updated list of your shared files.
