When sending your mail, please answer the following questions, so we can more efficiently help you with your problem:

Helping you help yourself

If the occasion arises in which you need help with any of our software, we’ve provided a comprehensive support system to get you back to using the application in question quickly and efficiently. The steps you should follow are listed below.

  1. 1.0 Download the Latest Version:
    Before questioning anything, make sure you always have the latest version of software in question and that it’s the only copy on your computer. All of our applications also come with a “Check for Updates” feature built-in within the application.
  2. 2.0 Check out our FAQs sections:
    Each product’s FAQs page will provide you with answers to the most common questions we receive. These pages are always being updated with the latest information. It is important that you attempt to find the answer to your question in the appropriate FAQ page before contacting us.
  3. 3.0 Check the Manual:
    We’ve put a great deal of effort into our manuals. The manuals will answer the majority of the questions you should have and cover some of the most frequently asked questions as well. You should find the built-in Manual under the HELP menu for each application.
  4. 4.0 Check the Forums:
    There is a lot of information shared amongst all Speed Download, ShareTool, and Playback users in the forums. Check it out; you may just find the answers that you are looking for.
  5. 5.0 Emailing Support:
    If you still haven’t found an answer to your question(s), our support staff will be happy to help you. To contact support, send a detailed message to info@yazsoft.com. The support department should respond to your email within two business working days (but usually much sooner).

Beta testers

If you are an experienced BETA tester with solid experience in testing software on Mac OS X and would like to BETA test any of our products, please send us an email.


Bounced emails

Some of the support emails that we respond to are bouncing back to us undelivered due to spam filtering services.

Our emails are intended to support our software and to deliver important announcements to you. Please note that all undelivered emails will not be resent and will be deleted from our mailing database. Hence, if this is applicable to you, kindly make the necessary adjustments with your ISP or spam filtering service to allow emails from our domain (yazsoft.com) to pass through to you.
