Customize Speed Download to your liking.

• Speed Download 5 is a powerful download manager that offers many features. However, there are cases where you might not necessarily need all these features and having a way to disable them would be convenient for some. Speed Download 5 offers you the option of totally customizing its interface.
• Go into the Speed Download preferences, under the INTERFACE section.
• This preference allows you to enable or disable any of the sections available in Speed Download.
• Once you’ve made your changes, simply press save. You will then automatically see this change in the Speed Download main window.
• From the same preference section, you may also set the transparency level of Speed Download to your liking, decide what font size to use, and more.
• No other download manager offers you such power and flexibility in such a simple and easy to use manner.

As well, Speed Download 5 offers you an option of using SD in either Simple or Advanced mode.

Simple mode: Activates only the download manager related features and hides all the other features from sight.

Advanced mode: Activates all SD 5 features.

You can easily toggle between Simple and Advanced mode by selecting it from the ‘Speed Download’ menu. We designed this in response to some of our users requests preferring a minimalist interface when not using all the other features that SD has to offer.

As you can see from the screenshots below, the SD 5 main window is more intuitive and even more customizable and we’ve introduced a stunning new minimized mode.
